VENICE

We left Wien Meidling (Vienna) at about 10:30 AM Sunday by train headed to Villach HBF. Then we left Villach at 14:56 by bus headed to Venezia SL. We arrived in Venice at 18:25 and got aboard the public transportation boat which took us through the canal to the Rialto bridge where we soon found the Santa Marina Hotel. We visited the San Polo area when we arrived on Sunday and spent Monday at the San Marco area. Tuesday morning it was back on the train and on to Rome.
